Youngest grandmother ever?

How old was the youngest grandmother ever? I searched on Google and the answer I got was 17, which sounds way too young to me.

I found on google a grandmother that claims to be 16. this sounds unlikely.

You may want to search the Guinness world records site.

The youngest grandmother in the UK was 26 years of age, and this is reliable (article found in the bbc website.)
