Sorry, but I believe declawing a cat is inhumane. All cats deserve to have their claws, and especially if they are an outdoor kitty, or even a kitty who accidentally gets out of the house.  Claws are their defense against predators when outside, and I personally don't think declawing is right. A person who is a responsible pet owner will take precautionary measures to keep their cats away from furniture and other valuable items.  As for finding a young cat already neutered, and current on shots, you may want to check out your local animal shelter or humane society.  Or Craigslist.  I found my last 2 cats on Craigslist, and I couldn't be happier.  Good luck.
