When is Yom Hashoah Observed if it falls on a Monday?

yom hashoah 2013 falls on Monday, April 8. If we are doing a Sunday community observance, would it be the Sunday BEFORE or the Sunday AFTER?

The idea behind "Yom Ha'Shoa" is to remember and comemorate the 6 millions who were killed / burnt in fire / shooted / starved to death / turtured to death / or murdered in other horrible ways.  So it does not really matters if you do it on Sunday or on Tuesday.   What really matters is that you remember and comemorate. 

P.S - I lost all my 4 grandparents most of my uncles aunts and a 1st
        cousin.  I won't never enter Germany and I'll never forgive them.
