Its very practical. You need to take a class or get a video that is specifically prenatal yoga or talk with the instructor of your regular yoga class about what modifications they suggest you make to certain moves. there is a point where you should not lie on your back. I believe it is after the 4th month but double check that with your doctor at your next appointment along with making sure its okay for you to exercise while pregnant for your individual health situation. But in general yoga is great when you're preganant. I found it very relaxing myself.
