How do (some) parents believe it's appropriate to change their child's dirty diaper on a table-top in the middle of a restaurant dining room? The rationale of this alludes me.

I expect it's because they're rude, inconsiderate slobs. That's just wrong in so many ways. Take the kid to the bathroom to change diapers. My god that's just so wrong.
