While I haven't produced any sample code for using the Yedda Twitter C# library, Jim Truher has created a cmdlet for Microsoft Power Shell which uses the library and you can use it as a source to see how to use it.
It's a good example of how to use it and should give you a very good understanding of the way the library works.
