my grandson unemployment was stopped because his employer submitted a resignation letter with forged signature. Can he file a case against his employer for forging his signature?

If he can prove it ~ and if there are no other reasons his employer can use as to why his claim should be denied.

Your grandson should seek legal advice. If he does not have an attorney, tell him to contact his state's Bar Association to ask for a referral to an experienced attorney in his area.

Thanks a lot.  He was hospitalized and when he went back to get his schedule, he was terminated, and after one month of receiving unemployemnt it was stopped because of that faked resignation letter

get an attorney, forgery a crime, if you can prove this crime not only can you sue that company but you will recover all lost benefits and damages will be applied, then on top of that someone might go to jail because forgery (depending on the amount of money lost) can be from a misdermeaner to a class 2 felony.

haven't invented anything, but i sure have made a lot of things better
