soy sauce and peach brandy marinade
Peach Brandy Beef.
5 lb boneless chuck roast, cut in 1" cubes.Nutmeg and allspice, to taste.1 pint good Peach Brandy or Schnapps.1 pint good bourbon (George Dickel works well).1 tablespoon MSG.2 large onions cut in bite size chunks.6 large Yukon Gold potatoes (they hold up to cooking).6 large tomatoes (or 2-303 cans tomato sauce).6 canned peaches, cut into bite size chunks.
Let it marinate overnight in a large kettle. Next day start a very slow flame under the kettle, and just bring to a simmer. Let it simmer until it is done.
