www.Q.T.com  its some kind of phone co. its trying to charge me $15.oo for a collect phone call that i excepted and did not talk for more than aminute and they keep calling my phone harassing me . i would like to find out what and were this co. is located and to see if they can leagully charge me that kind of rate per minute
