SS doesn't give benefits for that, I don't think. But most states have some kind of provision to pay a wage to caretakers, IE. people who care for the handicapped. I think your best bet would be to speak to your local department of human services, you know, where they do food stamps and such. Even if they don't handle the fund, they should at least be able to point you to whatever department or organization that does.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.
