Do you have AOL ? I'm not used to working with this AOL answer page. I have the website address you want Microsoft Fix it Solution Center: troubleshooting software issues http://support.microsoft.com/fixit/

Edit = You will probably need Service pack 2 and 3 Installed to use some features of their help.
