Who writes the headlines on the AOL main page?

For a story about a historic musical venue in Detroit, AOL's headline reads,   " Big names used to played here".

Are you now allowing your customer service reps to write the headlines?

BTW, anyone with even a kindergarten education would know it should be "used to PLAY" not "used to played".

Thank you for correcting the headline and putting it in proper English.

You're very welcome. Again.
