First, locate a suitable company.  Find out what they do and where they sell their medications. 

State in your "objective" that you can do that job, list your experience at it, and tell when you will be available to start work.  Leave such matters as pay reviews and salary for the interview.

It is good to be back from sabbatical. Another fifteen years of work will put me into permanent sabbatical, but that is all part of the plan.
