what happends if you dont take the sugar pills and go right to the next packet of birth control pills? my boobs have been really sore and i have been havin cramps.

Not only can you get pregnant, you can cause major damage to your entire system. Not taking the sugar pills is OK but you cannot just start a new pack of hormone pills. You could be putting your immune system at risk. If you cannot see a doctor at least call poison control. You have to be able to follow medical directions.
