What workout can you after having a hysterectomy besides walking when you get the ok from your doctor?

I would talk directly with your doctor to find out what your limitations are. For example, find out if there are certain types of movements that he'd prefer you stay away from or certain muscles that he's prefer were not strained.

Every story has an end but in life, every end is just a new beginning.

I think it would be more appropriate for you to rest for months after having hysterectomy.  After the would has already healed and you have already recovered, you may  do light fitness workouts that will not strained the recently healed wound.
