Working out and impotence

Could working out in the gym bring about impotence? Is it possible that you pull certain muscles, or work too hard a certain muscle group, and the result could be impotence?

Over training may reduce testosterone and other male hormones which will cause to a decrease in the libido. Personally, I've never heard about a case where training a specific muscle group too hard resulted in impotence.

I thought that most types of athletic training is actually beneficial since it encourages blood circulation and prevents closing of capillaries.

Yes, impotence is possible because testosterone levels in men drop with excessive exercise, body fat lowers, all of which contribute to not being able to have an erection.
