Can my company fire me when i got in a forklift accident if i did not sing a forklift contract?

Yes, you don't need to sign a contract.

Unless you are Union or have some other type of binding agreement, a company can fire you FOR ANY REASON, as long as they are not doing it because of gender, religion, age, sexual orientation or race.

I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.
