Work place harassment

A man at work walked up to me, started yelling at me, while hold a knife close to my head. My compant has not fired him yet, and that was two days ago. What should I do now ?

Go to the police department and file a report against him.  If your statements are true they will arrest him.

I agree. If your company is not going to discipline him or get rid of him then file a report yourself with the police. You have the right to do that.

Carl , This behavior is more than work place harassment . As Jada said it is against the law . Your employer should have called law enforcement as well as disciplining the employee . Since they haven't done either one you need to contact the police department and file a report including names of anyone who witnessed this as well as any other past behavior of this nature towards you and or other employees .  Your employer is responsible for providing it's employees with a safe work environment .  Go to the police today if you haven't already .
