My husband has a HSMP and i am a on dependents visa. I have been working in the UK for the past 9 months and now i would like to change my visa status to HSMP so will the stamping be done in the UK or should i go back to my country to get it stamped.

You will have to go back to your home country and apply for HSMP(Now Tier 1) Visa.
