What are the words to a old game known as "Club Fists?"

Game called "Club Fists" My Grandfather played this game with us when we were kids. You would stack fists on top of fists. He would say "Take it off or knock it off." When you were down to the last fist, he would say, "What ya got there?" I think the first line was "Bread and Butter" the "Where's My Share?" It went on and on until the last line was "The first person that smiles, shows their teeth, or ? gets three pinches, three hair pulls and three ? I can not remember all the words. Is anyone famaliar with this old game?
