Is this word 'outted' used and spelled correctly in my sentence?

'outted'  Is this word 'outted' used and spelled correctly in my sentence? I just feel like with the way Pastor John Werhas was outted bad luck was sure to follow 'The Church on The Hill'.

If he was outted as being gay, it's the right word. If he was kicked out of the church, oustered is more correct.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

Outed means that he was revealed to be gay. Ousted means that he was removed from the church.
