They aren't supposed to.

Smelly feet usually mean your feet sweat, which often leads to stinky shoes. Especially in adolescent boys.

If your feet don't stink, it simply means you don't have sweaty feet. And you probably bathe regularly and wear clean socks.

I don't think you need to be concerned.
