How much vitamin k is alright to take when you have anticardiolipin antibodies?  I recently asked my rheumatologist if I could take a women's vitamin which contained vitamin k and she replied that I should look up online what amount would be safe for me to take.  If she couldn't answer my question who can?

Get another doctor. If nothing else, that doctor should have looked it up herself for you; and if she won't, find another doctor who will.
