I started out having heartburn. I went to my MD and he gave me Kapidex. I started getting nauseated, and having real bad hurting in and around my stomach area. I took probiotics and things got worse. I went back to my MD and he said I have a intestinal bacterial infection and put me on Bactrin. I ate pizza last night with onion and bell pepper, I got so sick and hurt so bad I started to go to the ER. I made it through the night and  this morning I am so sick and still hurting but not as bad. I ate chicken and noodle soup for breakfast and still feeling nauseated. Does anyone have any idea how long it takes to get over this type of infection? Or have any suggestions about treatment for the nausea?
