I think this was done more for the media attention than anything else .

Just as with the guy who wore his speedo to the airport .

They both came off as being silly attention seekers .

If I wore a speedo to the airport, airport authorities would demand that I also wore a full length overcoat to cover a public eyesore.  I hate to admit it, but I have had a better appearance.  There are joggers here who run with me every morning but even they will admit that I should leave my body to science . . . fiction.
