Discuss Will D's answer to: Have you or someone you know ever witnessed/experienced workplace and adulthood bullying?

Adult bullying is more subtle than childhood bullying, but it is still bullying.  Most adults know how to avoid the bullies in their lives.  Children do not have that priviledge.  Plus, children are often not taken seriously when they complain about bullies.  Adults will say, "I'm through dealing with so and so."   And be done with it.
