Ouija boards are usually driven by one dishonest player, there is no "majic" in them or connection to the occult.  you can buy them at most game stores or amazon.com online.

The only foolish question is that which remains unasked.

Ouija boards can indeed be bought as games but the most effective ones are handmade. The "magic" comes from within you and I find their most useful purpose is as a divination tool rather than try to connect to an actual deceased spirit.

I suggest they be used to help answer specific questions in the same way a pendulum is used to divine answers.
