Trying to install an undermount cabinet light ( 2 Xenon lights)showing picture of Hi-Off-Low switch not supplied (3 branches) but the wiring diagram illustrate a 2 branches switch?!? WHat am I not getting? Thx for our help

A special switch is required . It has 2 connectors only but linked together by a resistance to reduce voltage and create the Hi-LO lighting
