Hi, Wine yeast is yeast that is sold in small packages or vials that usually can be purchased at a wine making or beer brewing store.  We use Northern Brewer in St. Paul MN.  They also have a web site.  The are used to make wine and bring the alcoloh content much higher than you can with bread or ale yeast. 

Cleaniness may be next to godliness but that does not make disorganizaion a sin.
