How to get Windows 8 ATI Radeon 1150 Graphics Driver on a 17inch Fujitsu Lifebook A3210?

How to get Windows 8 ATI Radeon 1150 Graphics Driver on a 17inch Fujitsu Lifebook A3210? I want more resolution and second screen.

I have a 17inch Fujitsu Lifebook A3210 - Here are the details: http://www.cnet.com/laptops/fujitsu-lifebook-a3210-15/4505-3121_7-32856657.html - with a graphics card of ATI Radeon 1150. Since my computer was really slow, I decided to spice it up with the free Windows 8 Release preview, and it works great! Before it had vista, and it sucked. But now I wanna get it running the ATI Radeon card, not the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. Since it's running the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, the max resolution is 1024 by 768, and it's not fun, AND I can't do a second screen, so it's really getting up my nerves. I am a decent computer guy and I can consider myself tech-savvy, and I looked it up a lot online and found a bunch of answers, tried it out, but did not work. So I resolve to good ol' Yahoo answers. So how can I get my computer to run the ATI Radeon 1150 card INSTEAD of the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter? I would really appreciate any and all help. Thank you!

I read that Windows 7 was modified from Windows Vista. Maybe that is why some Vista drivers would work with Windows 7. My experience was that most vista drivers wouldn't work with windows 7. I had to download and install a new driver for my HP printer for it to work on windows 7.
