Can I win my unemployment appeal? Forced into quitting, hours reduced due to medical condition.

I believe I was denied because I selected the wrong reason for separation. I was not trying to mislead anyone, but I can see why it looks that way now that I have done some research.

My hours were reduced due to a medical condition to the point that my room was rented out from under me because I could not pay rent. I selected the 'lack of work option' because my boss refused to give me more hours and it was not based on performance. I moved to Arizona from South Dakota because I needed this job and I had to return to South Dakota just to have a place to live. I did not think 'voluntarily quit' was correct because it was not my preference and I made reasonable efforts to get more hours. I had people willing to be on-call but nothing helped. My boss refused to promote me because the condition made me unreliable. I now know that 'lack of work' really means 'laid off' so I'm not sure why there are both options. Either way, FMLA or disability has always covered my condition in the past, but my manager did not make any reasonable accomodations.

The store closed shortly thereafter, so I wonder if they were trying to force me into quitting. Do you have any advice for me?
