I had never heard the term, so I Googled it. And yes, it's as revolting as its name implies. "Wife breeding" is evidently what happens when women deliberately have unprotected sex with as many men as they care to in an attempt to get pregnant.

If you and your wife are into this, I feel sorry for any children that you might have. If your wife wants to try this and you had never heard of it, run! Run, run, run ~ to the marriage counselor or the divorce lawyer, whichever feels most appropriate.
