I thought to bring out an interesting idea for a comic strip or book, but the actual conflict is far too intense for such a mellow medium. That belongs in a toned-down format on The Military Channel, where things unfit for civilian eyes appear routinely -- because it is intended for an audience ... What tall man movie? The only movie I know of with a character called the Tall Man is the Phantasm series.

I doubt it. Why close that window? They will leave it open, let time pass, and see if they can use the Joker character. They have already done a Joker movie, so they will move on to other villains. There will be references though.
