I get those sometimes It's very likely that it is an allergic reaction to your deodarent or perfume or clothing. Normally I just rub some Polysporin on it for a couple of days and it goes away :)

Are you a guy or a woman? If you're a guy, I'm not sure what to tell you. It's coming from within and maybe you do need to see a doctor. If you're a woman, I'd try the special soap that you can get from any drugstore, that makes your nether-regions less smelly.
