I don't recall that particular record, but I believe it may be on an album called "Richard Nixon-A Fantasy" (1973) by David Frye. It is long out-of-print and, to my knowledge, has not been re-released. Frye was THE Nixon impressionist of that time; he even looked like Tricky Dick.
