Hi,,I am assuming u enjoy a good piece of Meat, when it comes to beef you should ask for the best cut and of cause it will be expensive no getting around cheap beef, they call that mystery meat, find a good butcher and ask for prime meat and the cut you like get the best no matter what the cost because it will be the best and its not an every day that your eating beef so every once in a while enjoy a good prime steak. just to let you know about Walmart Beef they sell Choice Beef lower grade and if you read there label the meat is injected with a fluid to make it taste good  beware,,supermarket meat do the same and add red coloring to make it look good,,again I say treat yourself find a good butcher,good meat is always expensive stay away from the mystery meat in supermarkets.....it might kill you,,,,,good luck
