School age children aren't usually in diapers unless they have severe mental and physical developmental disabilities. Thank you for your answer Ol' Yeddar, but I have to disagree about age appropriate. Preschool maybe, but not first grade. The touchee is another student in the class.

Uh, pretty much everybody's stomach is soft and warm when they sleep. And trust me, that soft warm tummy on a grown up woman sleeping next to you is a wonderful thing.

Bone is correct in his assessment, but, these could be a sign of Autism. A doctor can check the child and see.
