When to Start Dog Training?

What is the best time to start the dog training? My dog is less than 2 months old and is behaving all over the place and I'm not sure how and when to properly initiate the training?

Dogs really have no control till around 6 months old, you can start as soon as you are able to take out.. but it's really routine..
