How are people in NY and DC reacting to bin Laden's death?

I'm very curious how people are reacting to the death of Osama bin Laden in the NYC and DC areas, where so many died and so many families suffered on September 11, 2001.  Are you from one of these areas or do you have family or friends there?  As far as you've seen or heard, what's the reaction?

I don't wish to be argumentative ,but I disagree with the Islamic belief that I should be killed! " If radical atheists decided they needed to kill believers to ensure their place in nothingness, I'd be criticizing that too."

He sympathizes with terrorists because he himself wants our nation changed to socialism. He didn ...

Just another issue to put our minds off what's affecting us in this country.. You got 'yeas' and 'nays' in every controversy, one can't convince the other that they are right.. Just let it rest and celebrate or not as you see fit.

Do you believe it's really Bin Laden?

Truth is, doesn't matter. Bin Laden became virtually meaningless years ago, except as a symbol. So if he's symbolically killed, it's just as good as the real thing.
