First of all, I'll assume that by "montage" you mean "photomontage". With that in mind, let's continue.

 "Photomontage", according to Wikipedia is the process (and result) of making a composite picture by cutting and joining a number of photographs.

"Collage"' according to Wikipedia, is a work of visual artsmade from an assemblage of different forms, thus creating a new whole. For example, an artistic collage work may include newspapers clipping, ribbons, bits of colored or hand-made papers photographs, etc., glued to a solid support or canvas.

A collage is a piece of art made up of many different elements with different texture, colors, etc. They are pasted onto the surface of a board.
