What's going on with the email?

I use Windows Live Mail and I have my own website and email addy and cannot received emails from my sister who is on AOL. We both don't have trouble sending and receiving emails from other people. She doesn't get any error messages when she tries to send email to me but the email never comes. We don't have a problem when she send emails to a yahoo acct. that I have, only to my personal email acct. Please help. Thank you. Barb

You might need to change settings because you have your own website, might not be compatible with some others.
