I think you spelled your last name wrong. There should be 2 "o"s and no "a"s.

Health/dental insurance and Health/dental plan is one and the same. But there is a difference between health and dental insurance. Dental insurance covers anything related to teeth and health insurance plans cover routine checkups, medical emergencies, and prescription drugs. I hope this helps.
