what happened to lean line?

A generial contractor will not pay me the money they owe me for helping build 2# hotels in florida,i am a subcontractor,will a lean help get my money they owe me!!!

If you want to remove black line from your monitor then you have to adjust your screen resolution settings, I.e. width and height settings. You can find its control in the monitor's itself
