what are the benefits of 3 day bed rest after embryo transfer?

I am wondering the same thing....I am getting close to the end of the two week wait and I still don't have my period so I am getting excited. But does it necessarily mean that you are pregnant? Was your pregnancy test a blood test or a pee stick?

I'd say that the most important thing is the quality of the embryos that had been transfered. The lining of the uterus (if it is good) is a big plus as well. Good luck! :)
