I need to lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks, anyone know a good way to do this?

Here's a good day:

  • 2 wasa crackers with fat free cream cheese and a piece of fruit for breakfast, at around 8-8:30
  • another piece of fruit around 10 (limit yourself to 2 pieces of fruit a day, and before 2)
  • a big romaine lettuce salad with cucumbers/tomatos/peppers/ mushrooms, and a can of tuna or some chicken breast - use a balsamic dressing.
  • a low fat yogurt with some almonds as an afternoon snack
  • a piece of fish or chicken lightly grilled with steamed veggies for dinner
  • sugar free candies for a sweet treat, and lots and lots of water and green tea!

I would also recommend taking a multivitamin for woman and a B12 complex vitamin to speed up your metabolism.

This should do the trick pretty well!!! Good luck!!!!

Cut down on your calorie intake and try to get in 30 minutes to an hour of cardio about 4 or 5 days a week.  You should see some good results from that.
