I'm not a fan of tactics that takes certain freedoms away but in this case, it wouldn't be any difference than being hired on a job and they must take this test. Too many actually use this welfare/food stamp program for drugs.. It would at least deter them from doing it at certain times as it won't really accomplish anything unless they check them on a weekly basis but then the money that would be saved by the one's who wouldn't know how to beat the system would go instead to the thousands of tests given every week. But say it succeeds, then they can go after those well to do moochers who use the system just as fraudulently but are immune to drug tests because their drug is getting money for nothing.
