Get rid of all junk food you have in your house, just for starters. Eat a portion sized meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and drink one glass of water before and after each meal. Use dumbells or weights to tone your muscles and increase the number of reps each day (this burns fat more quickly). Also try to do some curl-ups and leg-ups during T.V. commercials.
