The best and fastest way to get rid of belly fat is with running / skipping / cycling / rowing. Choose one of these cardio exercises (or all) and try to do for 25 mins without much rest in between.
Then start your toning exercises which should include crunches, toe reaches, scissor kicks and the Plank. These are great for tightening your abs and the cardio will get rid of that layer of fat which is over your fab abs!
