The best way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise daily. Learning to eat in moderation (my biggest issue right now) is very important too. If you have the financial resources, Weight Watchers is great at help you accomplish this goal of losing weight. Good luck.
Keep in mind, diet is just what you put into you for food. Eat healthy and don't overdo it! In fact, try not to overdo anything! Get enough food to power your body, to get the exercise you need to do to lose weight done! Do not stop eating, your body needs food to power itself while you exercise and go about normal life! The concept is not as backwards as it sounds though, really you're just feeding your body the energy it needs. It will use that food up to work off the weight fast, just don't feed it so many calories you give it more weight to work off, you'll never get ahead that way!
