I would recommend protein shakes. They have special shakes for weight gain and muscle building as well. If you want to gain weight without gaining flab, then increase your caloric intake while continuing your exercise regimen. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so weight lifting can help you add on the lbs. Good luck.

Sign up with a trainer. They are most qualified to teach you how to increase your energy as well as your weight in a healthy manner.

Work hard or go home.
